Communication Systems

Our lives seem to get busier and more hectic every day. At our workplace we are always finding new ways to save time and become more efficient. More often than not technology is used to help us save time. Why not utilize that same technology at home.

By utilizing voicemail and a user programmable schedule you can have phone calls be answered by an auto attendant so that nobody gets disturbed with phone calls when they don't want to be. With the touch of a button you can turn off all the ringing in the house so you won't be interrupted by telemarketers during dinner.

Practical Example 1

At 5:30 every evening the Smith family sits down for dinner. In the past when a telemarketer would call someone would have to get up and answer the phone or just let it ring and let the machine get it. Either way, conversations are disrupted and valuable family time is lost. With the Smith familys new communication system they never heard the phone ring and the caller got a message informing them that nobody was able to take their call.

By utilizing a door phone you can find out who is at the door and talk with them without having to leave the room you are in.

Practical Example 2

You are downstairs playing with your kids and the doorbell rings. Instead of walking upstairs to find out who it is, you can simply press a button on the phone downstairs and immediately talk to whomever is at the front door.

When you integrate voicemail with your system a person who rings your doorbell can leave you a message if you aren't home or decide not to answer.

Practical Example 3

The FedEx driver has a package that is delivered to your house. The driver rings the doorbell and the system answers prompting them to leave a message. After the driver leaves the message the system calls your cell phone notifying you that you have a packaging waiting at your door.

When you apply business applications and solutions to residential communication problems then you can do some amazing things.
